A NOSTALGIC AND WISTFUL WEDDING IN THE DESERT

 

ILLUSTRIOUS NEON LIGHTS

A little bit of Frank Sinatra playing in the background brings us immediately back to the 50’s. We are time warped to when Las Vegas was roaring with neon signs, tubed lights, and handmade signs that brought the Las Vegas strip to life – far before we had the LED lighted signs that could play videos up and down the side of a building.

 

THE NOT SO EERIE BRIDAL PATHWAY

Signs stacked up creatively, taking you through a tour of the evolution of Vegas. While it’s called the “boneyard” there is nothing eerie, dreary or frightening about this place. Even though most of 1950s Vegas is long gone, the Neon Boneyard allows us to travel back in time. It’s almost as if you are walking in Frank Sinatra’s footsteps.

 

The neon signs are layered, stacked, and setting in the cream sand pathway, giving you the opportunity to pause and reminisce on the history of the city. Breathtaking colors take over and create vivid pictures in your mind as you take a trip down memory lane. The nostalgia and wistful reminiscent setting creates a dreamy backdrop for a wedding.

VEGAS’ RICH HISTORY

Staying true to Las Vegas’ past and rich history, the visually impactful setting and backdrop is elevated with the fabulous flamingo girls that time warp us back to the dreamy days of gambling in the casinos with our friends and family. Just like the Flamingo Girls who created unforgettable experiences back in the day, they were the perfect touch to engage the guests entering the neon boneyard to partake in an evening under the stars while the couple lovingly says their vows amidst the old Vegas signs.  As the sun sets beyond the mountains, the random sparks of neon tubes that still have a bit of electricity lit up from love in the air softly shine in the background.

The color palette of the bride, her bridesmaids and the flowers are inspired by the bright and shiny lights of the Las Vegas signs, bringing the backdrops to life as the bride walks down the aisle.
